Most frequent questions and answers

Providing a good customer service is our goal so:

1. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS RETURN

You are entitled to return products delivered to you in case they are defective or non-compliance with your order, upon receipt. You can do so within 2 months after you notice the defect. The identification tag must still be attached to the product with the disposal seal (if any). We will thoroughly examine the returned product and will notify of your right to a refund (if any). In general, the refund will be processed within 10 working days and in any case, within 30 days upon receiving the confirmation email of the return acceptance. In the event your claim is justified as a defective or non-compliance, we will pay for the ship-to and return-shipping costs. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. 
This does not affect your statutory rights. 

2. RETURNING PRODUCTS FOR WHATEVER REASON

If you are for whatever reason not happy with the products you ordered, you may return the products delivered to you within 15 calendar days upon receipt, as long as:

  • The products are unwashed and not used in any way but you cannot wear them)
  • The product is in its original, undamaged packaging (a carefully opened package will not be considered damaged)
  • The product is complete: e.g. both items of a pair must be returned

You cannot return products that have been tampered with an affixed seal that is broken. If your return has been made for whatever reasons other than a justified defect or noncompliance of the products, zzamora.com does not refund the shipping costs. 

3. ITEM NOT RECEIVED

  • If your package is mark as delivered by carrier but you didn´t receive it, please contact us. We will need to fill a complain to postal inspector in both ends. Please send us a copy of the complaint document provided by postal service.
  • If your package is long overdue, please contact your local post offices to try to locate the package as it is always faster when is done on the receiver country. Due to reasons that are beyond our control as for example weather conditions, changes in postal service or customs, there may be sometimes delay on delivery and can range between 2 and 6 weeks. No refunds or replacements will be made before these period as expired.
  • *To an FPO address maybe there will be a delay in delivery due to security concerns as it is an international package.


Please Take Note:

  • Shipping is made to the address provided by you and there will be no refunds, only re-shipping on your expense for items that was returned to us.
    Please be sure your address is correct
  • Check regularly the status of your package on your country post mail website.
  • In case that you’re not at home at time of delivery a notice will be left by the carrier.


Please understand that is buyer responsibility to contact carrier to redelivery or pick up at the local post offices in time manner.
